A structured pipeline that takes raw field footage and turns it into published platform content, searchable retreats, and social distribution.
Correspondent captures footage via Meta glasses (ambient, ceremony, immersive) and iPhone (interviews, facility b-roll, edited reels). Raw files sync automatically to iCloud or Dropbox.
Every clip gets a standard tag: location, modality, provider name, date, release status. Soul Syndicate's content intake form (Airtable) logs all incoming assets and links them to relevant provider pages.
Soul Syndicate editorial team reviews all raw footage within 48 hours. Each clip is graded: Platform Ready / Needs Edit / Archive Only. Correspondents get feedback to improve future shoots.
Approved content drops into the correct provider page, category hub, or editorial article. Clips also feed Soul Syndicate's social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and email sequences.
Every published clip is attributed to the correspondent. Attributed content that drives a verified booking earns an additional content bonus on top of the standard ambassador referral fee.

Correspondents earn through two stacked channels: standard ambassador referral fees (20–30% of gross profit, in perpetuity) plus a content attribution bonus when your footage directly drives a verified booking. Content that converts is content that pays — indefinitely.
Top-performing correspondents at Luminary tier may qualify for Soul Syndicate gear support — Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses provided or subsidized in exchange for a minimum content volume commitment. Gear support program launches Q3 2026.
